I strongly recommend professional makeup application for all headshot clients. Professional makeup helps create a polished, camera-ready appearance and is applied with photography in mind. I work with a wonderful team of experienced makeup artists who tailor each application to the individual, enhancing your features while ensuring you still look like yourself.
If styling your hair with products, curling irons, or flat irons feels like a struggle, let our professional hairstylists take care of it for you. Our hairstylists are experienced in styling hair for photography and will ensure your hair looks polished and camera-ready for your session.
Another option is to schedule your photo session on the same day as your regular haircut or styling appointment, or within a day or two of your visit to the salon.
You will receive a contract via e-mail outlining session agreements and protocols- this contract is required to book your session.
For all sessions (except Express Headshot sessions) please schedule a consultation 1-2 weeks before your session.

Yes - I’ve conducted headshot sessions for teams of 5 to 60+ people. Team headshots are available at the studio or on location. Learn more here.

No. But I can recommend several great photographers in these genres.

· Undergarments that match the color of clothing and that will not show

· Appropriate shoes and socks for full-body images
· Comb or Brush
· Hats, scarves, or any other accessories that reflect your personality
Upon booking, you will receive a Client Welcome Guide that provides lots of information, including outfit suggestions!

A lightly edited proof gallery will be delivered by email within 7 days of your session. From the online gallery, you’ll select the images included with your package for final retouching.
Once your selections are made, your fully retouched images will be delivered within 2–3 weeks. See below for Corporate Session timelines.
Yes. For a $175 fee, final images will be delivered within 24-48 hours of selecting your images.
Retouching includes teeth whitening, removal of blemishes, bruises, scratches, and situational or temporary redness. Flyaways from hair will be slightly smoothed and minor adjustments to clothing may be applied. Skin will be slightly smoothed while retaining natural texture.
I speak with every client about the level of retouching requested and additional editing including hair color touch-up at roots, body/face shaping, double-chin reduction, etc.
Every session includes a commercial use license, allowing you to use your images for both business and personal purposes. This includes use on LinkedIn and social media, company and personal websites, marketing materials, presentations, printed materials and more.
Please refer to your license for the specific terms, permitted uses, and exclusions.
Sessions must be paid for in full on the day of the session.
Yes, I accept all major credit cards.
I am happy to provide suggestions on the most flattering images.

Yes. If additional retouched images are required after your gallery has been delivered, they can be purchased at the current per-image rate. Please contact me for current pricing.
Yes. One of the benefits of becoming a corporate client is maintaining a consistent visual identity as your team grows. New employees can visit my studio at any time to have their headshot created using the same backdrop, lighting, and style as your existing team members. There is no additional session fee for these appointments (only the image fee applies), ensuring your team imagery remains cohesive over time.
The proof gallery will be delivered via email within 10 working days of the session, allowing you to select your final images. Once your selections are finalized, retouching will begin. Your final images will be delivered within 10 working days of your selections. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
